This includes identifying parts on their own responsibility, preparing quotations and processing orders.

An increasingly important part of the work is also advising customers via online chat in the winklerNow app and processing orders via the online shop. The employees of the internal sales staff co-operate closely with their colleagues in field sales. Besides an interest in technology, this job especially requires the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.

Our field sales staff puts their enthusiasm to work to provide personal advice and support to our customers in whatever sales territory they are responsible for. They, too, always focus on cultivating and strengthening customer relationships. Their work includes planning the workday under their own responsibility, actively selling products and running sales promotions.
